There’s nothing like summer. I look forward to this time of year pretty much all through winter. Who doesn’t? The only thing I could go without in the summer is the extreme heat. This 40 degree weather not to mention the humidity kills me! I don’t know how the kids handle it being outdoors all day at camp!

Sweat. It gets to all of us, including me. If I am outside in this heat for long, I can feel the drips starting. Who wants that? Especially if it happens to you under your arms. Who wants ‘pit stains’? NO ONE!

That is why I am happy to tell you about a great product that I came across at a recent women’s event.

I had the opportunity to meet a woman by the name of Michelle, who transformed herself from a woman in the financial corporate world to entrepreneur.

Michelle came upon the realization that she wasn’t wearing her favorite clothes because embarrassing perspiration stains, antiperspirants permanently staining her clothes and the high cost and inconvenience of dry-cleaning.  When she looked for a solution on the market she realized there was no practical option available, so she decided to develop one herself! Then, Nudy Patooty was born!

What is it you ask? Nudy Patooty is a line of undershirts and t-shirts, made from organic bamboo fabric right here in Toronto, Canada.

Nudy Patooty was created to relieve fashion lovers of these potentially embarrassing inconveniences. Each piece is made of organic bamboo fabric, which regulates your body temperature to keep you cooler when its warm (Can I get an AMEN). And, each Nudy Patooty features a patented fabric technology in the underarm to wick and absorb moisture away from the body, so you stay dry and your clothes stay clean. This undergarment serves as a lightweight and comfortable barrier between your body and your favorite outfit. I’ve tried and tested it and it works! My white t-shirt, still white! And you couldn’t even tell that I was wearing it!  Even better.

These shirts are perfect for those super hot days and of course a must have on vacations!
Nudy Patooty comes in several feminine styles made for all body types.  Whether exploring a new city, or commuting to the office, stay cool and comfortable this summer with Nudy Patooty.
Here are some great tips on how Nudy would benefit you. Whether your a mom, expectant mom, teenager or young adult. These garments are made for everyone:
  • Laundry piles up fast enough with little ones around, so who has time to hand wash and iron delicates on top of that?  Wearing a Nudy Patooty means you can simply toss it in the laundry at the end of the day and then hang your sweaters and blouses back in the closet and save the cleaning for another day.
  • For pregnant and nursing moms our crop top is the perfect solution to hormone induced hot flashes
  • Teens going through hormonal changes can mean embarrassing sweat stains during a stage of live where many already struggle with insecurities.  Make sure your teen feels comfortable and confident by wearing a Nudy Patooty.
Prices range between $48.00 – $58.00 and can be found online at www.nudypatooty.ca

For the last 7+ years I have immersed myself in the "mom life". My blog, appropriately named Me, Myself and Kids is my life; the challenges, the laughter, and the tears. But I also offer my own version of motherly advice. In doing so, I’ve designating myself as an MD or “Mom Doc”. Not because I know it all. Don’t get me wrong. It’s an open perspective; my learnings shared so you can take the good, bad and ugly and adapt it to your own family life. So please join me as I share all of the crazy and overwhelming thoughts and experiences of the mom life with Me, Myself and Kids.
