My New Favorite Beauty Item – The Jade Roller

A Day in the Life Family Health & Fitness Parenting Skincare and Beauty Things We Love

Okay, I may have been so late to the game with this one, but I have found another favourite Skincare item!

You have probably seen face rollers and Gua Sha’s flood your Instagram feeds lately. Well, I was influenced, and now I am HOOKED!

I never realized this amazing little instrument could do so much. And only a few weeks in, I already notice a difference.

I use it twice a day; once in the morning after I complete my morning skincare routine. And once before bed after I complete my nighttime routine.

Life changer! And I highly recommend it. Why?

Here are some benefits of Face Rolling:

✨ Helps stimulate and improve circulation

✨ Boosts the skin’s natural detoxification process & allows a gentle toning and lifting effect

✨ Helps to calm the skin, soothe inflammation and helps with puffiness

✨Relaxes the facial muscles and helps relieve strain and lines

✨ Stress relief! Facial massages can relieve tension

How to use:

I start by rolling the jade roller on my neck then work upwards.
Neck, chin and nose I move in an upward direction. Cheeks and forehead I go in an outwards/sideways direction.
I haven’t tried this, but have heard that if you want a more cooling effect on the skin to leave your jade roller the fridge!

The one that was recommended to me and that I purchased on Amazon in HERE

Have you tried a face roller? And if so, do you love it as much as I do?

For the last 7+ years I have immersed myself in the "mom life". My blog, appropriately named Me, Myself and Kids is my life; the challenges, the laughter, and the tears. But I also offer my own version of motherly advice. In doing so, I’ve designating myself as an MD or “Mom Doc”. Not because I know it all. Don’t get me wrong. It’s an open perspective; my learnings shared so you can take the good, bad and ugly and adapt it to your own family life. So please join me as I share all of the crazy and overwhelming thoughts and experiences of the mom life with Me, Myself and Kids.
