There are several things I have overcome that have helped me achieve a bunch of my goals; fitness, health, business & life.

One way was I spent a week away earlier this month and really needed to find myself again.
What I took away?

✨I stopped comparing myself to others, you are you, no one else. Remember people will only share with you a very small part of their lives, normally it’s only the good bits, the pretty pics, the happiest moments. Don’t compare yourself to something that isn’t always real.

✨I stopped caring what other people think. I was so worried about my appearance post surgery and my mindset was messed up. I realized no one actually cares, no one notices the things we think they’ll notice, and really if they do, so what?

✨I stopped dwelling on my mistakes and failures. Yup! I mean don’t we all have them?! Some days don’t go according to plan, but guess what? Things won’t always go the way you want them to. That doesn’t mean to quit.

Simply find new ways to grow, learn and develop and then move forward. Step out of your comfort zone. Stop being afraid to take massive risks and invest in yourself.
