I am loving the Toronto weather as of late. Being cooped up inside for the past 11 weeks has been hard, so getting outside in the warm weather has been so welcoming.

Ever since the warmer weather has come, I’ve been taking my workouts outdoors. Changing it up a little you know?! 😉

At the beginning of home isolation when gyms closed, I had to find various forms of exercise to stay consistent. I’ve done cardio, sculpt, yoga…I’ve tried many different online classes.

One thing I love the most is strength training. I’ll either focus on a different body part per workout or do one with a combination.

There are a few great leg & booty series that have been posted online and then I came up with my own. So…..

Want a good quad 🔥🔥 and work those leg muscles? Here are 4 exercises that will leave you feeling a really good burn!

Do each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second recovery between. Try to complete as many reps as you can – minimum 3!

Squats
3 pulse squats to stand
Squat Jacks
Sumo squat hold
