On July 1st, we celebrated Canada’s 149th birthday! As a statutory holiday, we all had the day off and we wanted to do something fun as a family. This year we chose to go to the Blue Jay game! And because it was Canada day, it was full of Canadian pride, and the Jay’s organization put on a great show for the crowd to celebrate while we sang Oh Canada.
We had such a great day at the game and by the time we got home we were exhausted. We all wanted a night in and what’s better than relaxing in front of the TV with Netflix!
This month, Netflix has rounded up a series of shows that celebrate Canadian star power. Here are a couple for the kids and adults that we love!
For the Kids:
An oldie but a goodie! This show has been around since I was a kid…both educational and fun.
