Depending on the sensitivity of your teeth, you can leave your trays in from anywhere from 1-3 hours. My first treatment I did less time just to make sure my teeth and gums weren’t too sensitive. But what’s great is that they also send Desensitizing gel just for that purpose!
I would do my trays at the end of the day, complete my work or watch TV with them in, then once I was done, just brush my teeth and go to bed!
I wasn’t sure what my results would look like. I was nervous it wouldn’t work too. But after 2 weeks a noticeable difference was seen and I couldn’t be happier!
