Plant based or Whey Protein?
Before I started using plant based nutrition, I would use whatever Whey protein brand that was recommended. I never had a favourite but always chose the name brands that were easily found on a shelf.
I never really enjoyed it and I always found I had a hard time digesting it.
One year ago I got my hands on a Vegan protein powder. And since then, I have never looked back or used anything else.

✖️High doses of whey may cause acne
✖️Less nutrients
