I know times right now are insane, kids are home and we’ve got more on our shoulders than ever before. But will you forget the word busy?
We all have some time in our day. We just need to prioritize what we fill it with.
Gyms are now closed again, and I know many of you are looking for some simple at home exercises. Well, here are some basic moves you do in only 15 mins. If you do a minimum of 3 sets of these for 1 min each throughout the day, you’ve put aside 15 min for yourself and your health. You can even do more than 3 sets and I bet you feel and notice a difference in your first couple of weeks.
1. Push ups (modify by doing them on your knees)
2. Crunches or sit ups
3. Squats
4. Plank hold
5. Jumping jacks or air squats
